Self-pay
No membership and no registration — simply pay per visit. We accept all major cards as well as cash, settled on the day.
Insurance
We're recognised by Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality and Aviva. Bring your authorisation or membership number and we'll handle the rest.

Fees FAQ
No. There's no registration process and no referral needed for any of our services — just book the appointment you want and come in. We see new and returning patients exactly the same way.
Yes. We're recognised by Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality and Aviva. Please arrange authorisation with your insurer before your visit and bring your membership and authorisation numbers so we can bill them directly where your policy allows.
Self-pay patients settle on the day of the appointment, by card or cash. If you're claiming through insurance, you'll usually pay nothing at the clinic beyond any excess your policy sets out.
None at all. Wellgrove isn't a membership clinic — you only ever pay for the appointments and treatments you actually have. There are no joining fees, annual fees or hidden retainers.
Of course. We provide a fully itemised receipt for every visit, which you can submit to your insurer if you're paying upfront and claiming back. Just ask reception and we'll email or print it for you.
